Returns & Exchanges Policies
At StyleMonarchy®, we want to make sure you are satisfied with your online purchases. If for any reason, you do need to return or make an exchange, please make sure you do it on a timely manner and follow the procedures below to avoid any delays and unnecessary additional costs.
If you have placed an order but wish to change it or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any shipping charges. We will try our best to make any changes or stop the package to be shipped but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures.
If you cancel the order, we will re-credit your card within 15 days.
Please make sure you review our size guide again if needed. StyleMonarchy® products are designed in Paris and sizing may be slightly smaller than what you are used to.
If you need to change your size after you purchased a product, or if you have any specific questions before making the exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are here to help.
A Return Merchandise Authorization Form is always needed to make an exchange or return. Please contact us to receive the RMA form at email@example.com. Fill in the form and include it in your return/exchange package.
Your package must be back to us within 21 days to exchange or return the items. No return will be accepted after 21 days.
In the case of an exchange, you will NOT be charged for the shipping fees of the new exchange package (containing the same amount of pieces or less) if you leave in the continental US. Please note that you are however, responsible for the return shipping charges whether it is for a return or an exchange. If you return an item that was exchanged, the shipping charges that were offered to you will be deducted from the refund.
In the event you need to exchange the size or color again a second time (send back the first exchange package for another one), you will be responsible for the shipping charges of the second exchange package to you (plus insurance if needed). The exchanged items will need to comply with the return policies conditions.
2nd exchanged products cannot be returned later on for a refund.
We highly encourage you to use a carrier that offers a tracking number and insurance if necessary (USPS, Fedex, UPS for example).
In the event that a return is not accepted or is late (after 21 days) but a commercial gesture is done and/or a store credit is issued by StyleMonarchy®, a 40% fee will still be applied and deducted from the overall credit/exchange of goods. Store credit are valid for 6 months from the date of the return. No cumulative discount is allowed with a store credit which means that products on sale cannot be purchased with a store credit.
What can I return?
You may return items sold and fulfilled by StyleMonarchy® website. You have 21 days from the date you receive the package (delivery date).
Because the type of garments we provide are used in health/medical/medical spa and other hygienic environments, we cannot refund or exchange worn, damaged, washed, or soiled garments or items that do not comply with the Refund Policy and we will not refund any garments after 21 days.
Our merchandise is verified at production time and before shipping it to you. While a defect is unlikely, should it happen, claims for defective merchandise must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with DEFECT on the subject line to make a claim of defect. Claims of defect will be verified and the exact same item will be sent to you.
- Garments must be returned in their original transparent package and folded with their tags still attached in sellable and excellent conditions, as you would like to receive your order.
- Garments must be new and not have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or soiled. They must be 100 % free of dirt, lint, smells, fragrances, deodorant, makeup or other cosmetics of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is does not comply with our policies.
- A Return Authorization Form is always required to return or exchange your purchase. Please email us at email@example.com with the mention "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" in the subject line, to obtain the Return Authorization Form prior to sending back the package.
- Please allow us 48 hours to send you the Return Authorization Form if apply.
- Fill in the Return/Exchange form and include it in your package.
- Returns or Exchanges folded in the original transparent package, and with tags attached will NOT incur any restocking fee. A 40% restocking fee will be charged if the returned merchandise is NOT folded, sent in the original transparent even if the tags are still attached.
- There will be no refund if the tags are not attached.
- No return is accepted on embroidered garments, or any special order.
- Please note that if the garments do not match the Return/Exchange/Refund Policies listed above, they will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the shipping charges of the items if you want to get them back.
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges whether it is for a return or an exchange.
We will re-credit your payment within 15 days of receipt of the garments you are returning, if they comply with our policies. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is as a result of an error on our side. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. In the case we accept the return of an exchanged package, the shipping charges of the exchange package will be deducted from the refund.
We strongly advise that you use a carrier that provides a tracking number (ie: USPS, Fedex, UPS) and buy insurance if necessary as we are not responsible for goods that your carrier fails to deliver.
Please send your package to the address provided on the Return/Exchange Authorization form for processing.
If you send back a return without the Return/Exchange Authorization form, we will ask you to email us the form before processing the refund if a refund applies.
the Return/Exchange Authorization form is meant to ensure you do not send us a package that no longer qualifies for a refund or exchange. If you send us a package after 21 days or without the authorization form, no amount will be refunded. If you want the items back to you, it will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping since no authorization was sent to you to return the items. You will have 7 days to claim back your items.
In the event you sent us a damaged item, no amount will be refunded. If you want the damage items back to you, it will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping and you will need to notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org that you want the item(s) back. You will have 7 days to claim back your items.
Returns & Exchanges Policies - Discounts and Coupons
Discount code offers may be restricted to use by certain customers or on specific products or orders and STYLEMONARCHY reserves the right to cancel, modify or restrict these offers at any time without notice and for any reason.
Discount code offers may not be shared, sold or bartered. Discount codes from unauthorized Internet postings are not valid and may be declined.
STYLEMONARCHY reserves the right to decline and cancel orders placed with discount codes at its sole and final discretion. Placement or confirmation of an order does not constitute final acceptance of any order.
Refund Policy - Discounts and Coupons
Products on sale or discounted are final.
- If an order comprised of items on sale and others not on sale is made, you will be able to return the product NOT on sale if it complies with our Return/Exchange Policies. For more information, please contact us.
- Total amount is total amount before shipping and taxes are applied.
- Discounts are not valid on previous purchases.
We may offer FREE shipping on a promotional basis from time to time. FREE shipping only applies to continental US, for orders over $100 and limited at $25 (shipping), which usually covers most orders within the US.
In the event customers return a package where free shipping applied, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
In the event customers want to exchange the size of an order where free shipping applied, the shipping charges of the second package will apply.
