Shipping Policy

 At STYLEMONARCHY, we hope you are staying safe. Please note that we keep social distancing in our facilities and use the most strict rules to keep our staff safe.

Due to the COVID situation, everything is a bit slower. Please apologize.

In-Stock Merchandise

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (except sundays (no mail)).

Within the US, packages usually arrive between 3-5 business days. For international packages, it takes about 1-3 weeks to arrive to your country however, your country's customs may take up to 2 weeks to process the package. We unfortunately have no control over that. If your package is held at customs, Make sure you call them ASAP.

If you make an order and cancel before we ship, we will try to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. If we do, there will be a handling fee of 20% held from the refund.

Large orders may be slipt in different boxes for easier handling. We will notify you if so. You will receive usually 2 shipping notifications.

Backorders

If the merchandise you have chosen is not currently in-stock, it will be marked with a red cross in the website and you will not be able to order it. You you can email our customer support team for further assistance if needed.

 

Carriers

By default, we use USPS for standard shipping. If you need different options, please contact us at contact@stylemonarchy.com.

 

Where We Ship

We ship in the 48 contiguous Stated of the UNITED STATES, as well as HAWAII, ALASKA AND U.S. Territories.

Items going to HAWAII, ALASKA AND U.S. Territories may require additional business days to be delivered. Please review the Exchange/Returns policies for these locations.

 We ship to most international locations as well. Please contact us at contact@stylemonarchy.com if your country is not listed when you are trying to make a purchase in the checkout page. If we ship to your country, when you add your address, it will calculate the shipping costs automatically.

 Please be aware that we are not responsible for customs/duties/taxes if applicable in your country. These need to be paid at delivery if your country requires them. You can contact your local post office or customs authorities to find out whether customs duties apply or not.

We are also not responsible for any delays of delivery due to customs in your country. We, unfortunately, have no authority or power to speed up that process.

 If you refuse to pay customs duties, the package will be returned to us. We will not refund the package as listed in the refund policies as we consider you made an order and refuse it.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. The email will include the carrier tracking number.

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Easter and first Monday after Easter (French Holiday)
  • Labor Day
  • President's Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Memorial Day
  • Christmas 

 

Large Orders & Insurance

For larger orders and international shipments, we will add an additional insurance to the package. Please note that we have no control over the fee of the insurance or the shipping. At STYLEMONARCHY, we try to transfer any shipping savings we may have to our customers. 

 

Promotional Shipping

We may offer FREE shipping or a percentage discount on a promotional basis from time to time. FREE shipping and promotions only apply to continental US, for orders over $100 and is limited to $25, which usually covers most orders within the US. This excludes Express shipping options.

In the event customers return a package where free shipping applied, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

In the event customers want to exchange the size of an order where free shipping or a promotion applied, the shipping charges of the exchange package will apply.
